Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time editor?

Fair question. But here's the truth - finding a good editor is really hard, training them is really time-consuming, managing them can be extremely tricky and it can be very expensive to have one full-time. We take all the risk, hassle and commitment out.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your edtior when you have work available for them.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

How fast will I receive my edits?

On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

Who are the editors?

We hire the best editors, the top 1%. All of our editors are social media specialists with proven track records. Not only are they super talented editors, but we also ensure they understand social media & popular culture.

On top of this, we have a team of content strategists who oversee and sign off all work to ensure the edits are going to pop on social and match your brand / brief.

How does the pause feature work?

We understand you may not have enough editing work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two edit requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

How do I request edits?

We offer a wide range of options for getting your requests to us. We currently use Trello to track all requests per client - but within Trello, feel free to brief as you like - Loom, Google Doc, Voicenote etc.

On out Pro service, we also open up the opportunity to communicate via slack.

What if I don't like the edit?

No worries! We'll continue to revise the content until you're 100% satisfied. That's where unlimited revisions comes in.

Then we'll collect monthly feedback to ensure all learnings are captured from the month.

Is there any editing work you don't cover?

There are some - and this mainly comes to 'creating' content rather than editing content. We also have a maximum length of 90 seconds per piece of content.

What if I only have a single request?

That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional editin g needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
